This washed Dega varietal, cultivated in the elevated terrain of Raro Kello in Uraga, Guji, showcases an elegant profile marked by kumquat brightness, riesling grape acidity, and delicate white tea florals. Harvested with precision and processed at SNAP Specialty Coffee’s Raro Kello wet mill, only the ripest cherries were hand-sorted by local women, then sun-dried on raised beds for 17 days. The result is a nuanced Ethiopian coffee, graceful from hot to cool, with a crisp finish and a vintage soul that recalls classic jazz with a twist of 90s edge.
