Developed through a washed and lychee co-fermentation process by producers Kello Raro and Jairo Arcila, it’s a sensory remix with a smooth, tea-like mouthfeel and delicate structure. This innovative technique layers fruit-forward complexity over a classic foundation, creating an elevated experience that’s juicy, textured, and elegant.
